We are seeking to recruit a 'hands on' Transaction Manager to join HSF Group for our busy Volvo dealership in Tonbridge.

Working very closely with the Sales Manager you will oversee the sale of new and used car sales, finance, insurance products whilst closely managing the compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines, customer renewals, lead management and customer satisfaction targets.

The successful applicant will be expected to help stack deals for the sales consultants, second face customers when required to ensure we make the most out of every sales opportunity and maintain showroom and forecourt presentation standards.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Transaction Manager, or a highly experienced Sales Executive looking for their next role.

Hours of Work

8.30am – 5:30pm Mon – Fri

8.30am – 5pm on Saturday, and 10am – 4pm on Sunday on a rota basis of 1 in 3.

A day off in lieu will be given each week for working on the Saturday.
