Moving Forwards At Volvo Cars Thames Ditton 

Extensive refurbishment programme starting from 20th April 2026

We are excited to announce that our Thames Ditton retailer will be undergoing an extensive refurbishment programme from 20th April 2026 that, once complete, will ensure that we will be able to provide you with the best levels of service in the most comfortable surroundings.

Our updated facility has been designed to make our customers feel relaxed and at ease in a Scandinavian inspired setting, which will include a showroom with 5 cars, including a handover bay and improved customer parking. In the showroom customers will be able to wait for their car being serviced or repaired in comfort, whilst they wait and enjoy refreshments from what will feel like the comfort of their living room.

In the meantime, our staff will continue working hard to provide the service you require. Although they may at times need to be relocated to alternative workstations, this will not affect the service you receive, whether you are visiting us, contacting us by telephone or communicating by email. While we will do our very best to minimise any inconvenience, there may be occasions when some disruption is unfortunately unavoidable, for which we apologise in advance.
