We are looking to recruit a Driver Cleaner at Volvo Cars Tonbridge

Monday to Friday and 08:00 - 17:30

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure a warm, friendly and professional communication with our customers when collecting and delivering their cars.

• Wash and vacuum car's to a high standard.

• Ensure effective communication with the Service Team and Customers.

• Work to deadlines in meeting customer expectation.

• Accurately record and pass all messages, and information received.

• Enhance the reputation of the Dealership at every opportunity when interacting positively with others.

About You

• Experience and skills within the cleaning sector.

• Calm and organised approach to work load.

• Friendly and positive.

• Capable of interacting in a lucid, professional and pleasant manner.

• Embrace customer care and Customer Relations Management training and development.

• Hold a full UK driving license for a minimum of 2 years.

• Aged 25 and over for insurance purpose when driving our cars.
