From Thursday 5th November our Sales Showrooms are closed for physical customer visits, however our sales teams will remain on-site, allowing us to continue car sales remotely. We are fully set up to be able to offer click and collect, deliver your new or used car, and help you research your next Volvo.

Following government guidelines, our Service Centres will remain open, by appointment only, allowing us to continue servicing vehicles with all relevant safety measures in place.

Delivery of Existing Orders

While our showrooms are closed, we are pleased to advise we can still fulfil and deliver new and used car orders. Rest assured that your safety is still our number one priority. For your protection we’re adhering to all government guidelines on social distancing and sanitation practices, so you can receive your new car with total peace of mind, choosing one of the following options:

Collection

You are welcome to come to the showroom where we will carry out vehicle handovers outside with full social distancing measures in place.

Delivery

We can arrange a safe and socially distanced home delivery and handover at a time to suit you.

We offer a variety of options for virtual appointments, including:

  • Video walkarounds of new or used cars of interest.

  • Sales teams available for follow up questions on the phone and email.
  • Online ordering with digital document signing.
  • A phone call or video call to go through vehicle information, infotainment system and dashboard controls, following collection or delivery, with our Product Specialists.


Servicing

Following government advice, our Service and Repair Centres remains open for servicing, MOT and repairs. For your safety we are operating an appointment-based system to manage the number of people on site at any one time.

Rest assured that your safety is still our number one priority, and we will be following all safety measures we have had in place and working effectively for the last few months. This enables us to offer both drop-off or collection / delivery services. (Subject to availability.)

Volvo Parts and Accessories

Our Parts and Accessories department will also remain open to support our Service and Repair Centre and will continue to operate. All new and existing orders are available for collection and delivery via our Click and Collect facility.
