An exciting job opportunity for a CRM Administrator, who has previous CRM and/or administrative experience with accurate data input, data management and cleansing skills, within an automotive group marketing department, supporting both the Sales and Aftersales teams.

Group role, based in Leatherhead, Surrey

Working Hours – Flexible

20-25 hours per week

Salary/Hourly Rate

Dependent on experience

Job Overview

  • Accurately inputting, updating and maintaining CRM records
  • Validation of accurate customer information via telephone contact
  • Assist with lead generation activities
  • Support external telemarketing activities
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare reports for internal and external parties
  • Assist the marketing department with ad hoc duties when required

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • GDPR awareness
  • Good IT skills – use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
